WELCOME TO AEEGS

Welcome to the Association of Electrical Engineering Graduate Students (AEEGS) homepage! AEEGS is a student-run organization at the University of New Brunswick that consists of full and part-time MScE, MEng, and PhD students from the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). Our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and are continuing their education in fields such as Biomedical Engineering, Control Systems, Digital Signal Processing/Neural Networks, Electronics/VLSI circuit design, Communications, Digital Systems, Electromagnetics, and Power Systems/Electric Machines.

As a recognized university organization, AEEGS is also represented on the University of New Brunswick Graduate Student’s Association (GSA). This representation allows us to keep our members informed of graduate student events and of changes in university policies that affect the graduate student population. AEEGS not only supports the academic development of its members, but also encourages them to socialize. With this in mind, we will be planning an number of activities for our members throughout the year.

Well, it looks like it’s going to be an exiting year for AEEGS. I wish all AEEGS members the best of luck with their studies, and I encourage you to participate in our up-coming events.
